These clients opened the doors to their newly remodeled kitchen during the 2007 Kitchen Revival Tour, sponsored by the Architectural Heritage Center. The renovation included reconfiguring a stairway to allow better traffic flow and access to an added powder room. Removing the pre-existing stairwell left a large open space at the landing, giving us an opportunity to be creative and construct a cozy seating niche with a view out the window and space for a stash of books.
